OBJECTIVE

This project re-imagines the visual identity of the HOW Design Live Conference to create a fluid system that reflects the event’s spirit of creativity, collaboration, and professional growth. The goal was to establish a bold and flexible design language that unifies print, digital, and environmental applications while capturing the conference’s dynamic and inclusive atmosphere.

BACKGROUND

HOW Design Live is a global conference that brings together creative professionals to exchange ideas, collaborate, and inspire one another. The redesign builds a cohesive and consistent visual system that reflects the energy and inclusivity of the event. The circular “O” from the logo serves as the foundation for a set of organic symbols representing key conference values such as community, innovation, inspiration, and ideation. Each form captures the fluid and spontaneous nature of creativity while maintaining structural consistency across applications. The bright orange palette embodies enthusiasm and visibility, energizing both digital and physical environments, while yellow accents convey optimism and openness. Together, the color and symbol system create a lively yet organized identity that communicates HOW Design Live’s core mission of connection, imagination, and visual unity.
